Saint Bride's Episcopal Church

“Grace and Peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ” Christ” . (Romans 1:7).

I want to issue a warm welcome to you to come worship with us at Saint Bride’s. Whether you are young or old, married or divorced, a single parent or a single person, come as you are. Our congregation is as diverse and gifted as our surrounding communities, and we have members from Rockford, Dixon, Stillman Valley, Mt. Morris, and Oregon, to name a few places.

Since I started July 2008 as the Priest-in-Charge, I have been blessed by the real warmth, love, joy, and hospitality I have felt at St. Bride‘s. We are a down-to-earth bunch of people who have a passion for Jesus and want to share it with others. Please join us for worship and share fellowship with us after the service at Coffee Hour. You will not be judged on how well you dress, or how well you know the Bible. Instead, you will be welcomed and loved unconditionally, just as God loves us: no-strings-attached! We are a church of open minds, open hearts, and open arms.

I hope that in blessing us with your presence, you too will be blessed: blessed in our worship, blessed in our fellowship, and blessed in your relationship with God and your neighbor.
Come worship with us!
